Description
Large plain terracotta chorizo grill dish. This chorizo grill dish is made of glazed terracotta clay.
Chorizo grill dishes are a great way to cook chorizo at your dinner or party table. Place minimum but sufficient pure alcohol in the base of the chorizo dish (approximately 1cm) and light with a match. We recommend vodka or an equivalent 100% proof alcohol (needs to be pure alcohol). Place the chorizo on the grill dish and turn with tongs to cook the chorizo skin. Slice and serve with bread, olives and your favourite beverage.
The chorizo grill dish is dishwasher safe and oven proof.
A great petisco/tapas pleaser and perfect ‘foodie’ gift.
